The BIGJET system, created for the traditional gravity filling of still water and clear juices in large size bottles from 3 L up to 10 L, is the result of a technology developed over the years by Melegari Technology which grants reliability and extreme ease of maintenance .
In particular, the minimum quantity of moving parts and the total absence of dynamic seals grants reliability and extreme simplicity of maintenance. The change over is simple and fast, the sanitization system completely automatic. It is equipped with a ” touch screen ” operator panel for detailed control of the production and rinsing phases.

The tank, valves and other parts in contact with the product are mirror polished and slightly inclined to avoid dirt residues and facilitate washing and drainage. These parts can be washed and sanitized with liquid, cold and hot solutions.
