Carbojet is our automatic carbonator model for producing sparkling water by CO2 injection.
The machine is controlled by a PLC and is managed via a touch screen operator panel. Thanks to its characteristics, excellent performance can be obtained in terms of precision of dosage, temperature and mixing process. Carbojet can obtain a basic product that is already perfectly balanced, but at the same time it also allows the customer to personalize the recipes by setting the CO2 parameters according to their needs.
The touch screen operator panel contains the product recipes as well as the real-time display of the machine’s operating and control parameters.
Carbojet is equipped with a product booster pump to guarantee the correct filler feeding pressure
ADVANTAGES
- The dosages are controlled by magnetic or mass flow meters (basically the magnetic flow meter is installed on water control when its conductivity limits allow). A mass flow meter is always installed on CO2 dosage which ensures very high levels of precision.
- Precision dosing in a continuous cycle: +/- 0,2 g/l CO2.
- Extremely simple to use thanks to the settings and continuous control carried out via the touch screen operator panel.
