VOLJET MX is our volumetric filler model suitable for filling both hot and cold process food products. Thanks to the mass flow meters, it is particularly suitable for products with low or no conductivity, such as vegetable oil, water with a low salt content or from osmosis, detergents and so on. Each filling valve is equipped with a flow meter and can treat all types of containers without contact between the bottle and the valve itself, thereby avoiding any vertical movement.

The filling valves are fixed. Each filling valve is controlled by individual mass flow meters through which the volume of product to be dispensed into the bottle is dosed with high precision. Upon reaching the set volume, depending on the recipe of the format in use, filling stops.

The CIP, carried out in a closed circuit with the insertion of dummy bottles (optionally also with automatic insertion), is automatic and can be set from the operator panel. To facilitate washing and drainage, all product contact surfaces are slightly tilted and mirror polished.
